You’re working at your regular job thinking of how you would do things differently or better if you ran your own company. But you don’t have time, you’re so busy working 40, 50, or even 60 hours a week at your own job. Or you’re balancing working and your family, when is there time to think about starting a business? And running a business takes work, you barely have energy now. I remember when I was working as an employee, 50+ hours a week. I loved it but there was an feeling that I wanted to run my own business. But I didn’t have time to think about the details. In reality, I didn't make time because I was comfortable with what I knew. It was safe and comfortable staying in my corporate role. I knew exactly what to expect so I continued with the long hours. But I was constantly undecided on what I wanted to do. Then the decision was made for me. I was made redundant. I thought, well it’s now or never. There was a lot of stress to get clients so I could pay the bills when I first started. And then I barely had time to think of my business, as a business. There are times I wished I had worked on it while I was still working with the security of a permanent role while I tested out marketing, planning, etc. for my own business. I could have made all my mistakes and taken more chances without worrying about paying bills.
And if that isn't enough, the corporate environment is changing. Corporations are looking to have Artificial Intelligence take over more roles. There are more small businesses today than ever before and it is expected to increase in the coming years.
And to top it off women are still paid less than men!

This program will help you build up your personal brand, making it easier to tell the story about your business. With a clear personal brand, your clients will be able to connect with you easier, you'll be able to attract the type of clients you want to work with because they align with who you are as a person and a business.
You'll establish yourself as an expert in the field you want to start your business. This is a safe way to put plans in place to put your business together while you are still working for someone else.

Phase ONE: Who Are You?
We explore who you are as a colleague, friend, family member, etc. addressing your values and where you are right now with your personal brand. This is the first step to defining your brand: who are you, what do you believe, why should people work with you, how will your clients relate to you? It doesn't matter if you sell services or products you company values matter.
Phase TWO: Goal Setting & Time Management
We will build on the values that you have established and look at your Big Hairy Audacious Goal. How do your values align with that goal? What is the long term strategy? We will build it up and break it down into small attainable milestones.
And how will we manage everything with our full-time job? We will talk about tools and solutions to managing your time.
Phase THREE: Your NEW Personal Brand
We put it all together and treat you as business. Vision. Mission. Unique Value Proposition. What do you want people to say about you when you're not in the room? We draft your story, your brand, your way. You'll have the story of your business is, the basis of your personal brand bible. It will make it easier to turn away from anything that does not align with your brand. When you communicate about your business it will be clear to your potential clients what you do and why they should work with YOU.
Phase FOUR: Your Network and Visibility
We'll analyze the network you currently have and how it fits with your brand. We'll think of ways to strengthen your network and build your visibility. We'll design a networking strategy that works best for you, building you up as a thought leader. Your strategy will be unique to you, your way of working, your values, and your business.
The program is broken into four days either on a Saturday or Sunday. Each day is a 6 hour deep dive for each phase. It is a small group of maximum 4 people. In between phases, there is regular email support as you need it. After the program, there will be a follow-up private 90 minute session to make sure you are still on track and address any issues. There will also be a follow-up group session of 90 minutes to follow-up on your progress as a group. The cost of all of this €1200 plus 21% BTW. Payment plans are available.
