Visibility at Work Program

This is the general program to be more strategic with your career. Each area takes about 2 to 3 sessions to develop.

Determine What Your Brand Is…

We’ll work together to find out what your brand is. What do people currently say about you and what do you want them to say about you? What do people experience when they work with you and what do you want them to experience?

Making Adjustments to Your Brand…

Together we’ll determine what adjustments are needed to tell the story of your brand. At this stage, we’ll make sure the skills and knowledge that you want to be known for are made known to others. We’ll find ways to make changes that feel authentic and honest.

 

Recognition Inside…

It is now time to do something with your personal brand. Establishing yourself within your company and building a strategy to get the roles you need to meet your goals. We’ll determine what actions you need to take, analyze the internal company politics, and position you for career advancement. We’ll work on areas where you feel stuck or unsure of yourself and build up your confidence and visibility. They won’t know what hit them!

Recognition Outside…

No matter how happy you are at your company you always want to have a network outside your company in case you are no longer happy. This is proactively being strategic about your career. It also makes you look good inside your company if your network outside your company is really strong. It’s a win-win for you and your company. We’ll work on building relationships outside your company in to gain visibility so you have people you can turn to for advice, support, a new role, or anything you might need to bolster your career.
